Directions for Use
Kairos XO Protocol Includes 3 Key Products:
1. Kairos XO Professional Series Serum (Exosome/Hyaluronic Acid)
2. Treatment Recovery Spray
3. Daily Rejuvenation Serum (Retail)
Directions for Activating / Mixing Kairos XO Serum:
-Remove the tear-off and rubber stopper from the Kairos XO Exosomes vial.
-Screw off the dropper top and squeeze dropper removing all HA serum from the dropper.
-Remove the entire contents of Kairos XO Exosomes from vial and place in the HA serum bottle (This may take 2 or 3 times.)
-Lightly screw the lid back on the dropper bottle and gently shake until fully mixed.
General Directions for Use:
-Properly cleanse and prepare the skin in the usual manner.
-Place 1 or 2 drops of the Kairos XO Exosome Serum mixture on a small area of the skin and gently massage into the skin in small circular motions.
-Utilizing your choice of skin penetration technology, treat the area in the usual manner and move to the next treatment region.
You may repeat the above for potentially enhanced results.
-Once the entire area has been treated, massage any remaining Kairos XO Exosome Serum onto the treated area.
Potential Esthetic Application Technologies:
* Micro-Channeling: This is a 'stamping' process that creates channels into the skin for potential penetration of the Serum. The 'stamping' process avoids potential small tears in the epidermis, potentially caused by Micro-needling.
* Micro-Needling: This creates channels into the skin for potential penetration of the Serum.
* Radiofrequency (RF): A penetrating frequency designed to stimulate the deep dermal fibroblasts to potentially create new collagen.
* Microneedling/RF Combination: A combination procedure designed to take advantage of both techniques.
* Micro-Current (Electro Magnetic): Micro-pulses of electricity that can stimulate damaged cells.
* HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound): Utilizes ultrasound energy to potentially stimulate new collagen formation.
Pre-Procedure Protocol:
Apply the Kairos XO Serum to the area to be treated and utilize one of the above device technologies over the Kairos XO Serum. Repeat until the entire area is treated.
* After the procedure, apply any excess Kairos XO Serum to the treated area (optional for potentially better results).
* Apply the Recovery Exosome Spray 2 times a day (2 to 3 sprays each application) until the bottle is finished.
Procedures where the Kairos XO Should be Used After the Procedure:
* Dermaplasting: A minimally invasive procedure of scraping off the top epidermal layer of skin to reveal the undamaged deeper skin.
* Microdermabrasion: (Less invasive than the Dermabrasion procedure) Utilizing either fine crystals or a diamond tip where the top layer of skin is removed and sucked into the device, revealing undamaged deep skin.
* Dermabrasion: Either physically with a high grit paper or mechanically with a high grit burr wheel (similar to a Dremel), removes the outer layer of epidermis (red and inflamed for several days).
* Laser Skin Resurfacing: A focused pulsating beam of light is directed at the target tissue, removing the epithelium and simultaneously heating the deep tissue.
* Fractionated CO2 Laser: Microscopic beams of light vaporize the epidermal tissue and heat the deep tissue.
* The Recovery Spray is especially important with this type of procedure because the outer surface of the skin is red and inflamed and very sensitive to touch. The use of the spray can lessen the redness and inflammation without interfering with the purpose of the procedure.
Post-Procedure
Apply the Kairos XO Recovery Spray after the treatment, prior to applying the skin sealing petroleum jelly or similar product.
At Home use of the Recovery Spray:
In accordance with your provider's instructions, apply the Kairos XO Recovery Spray every time you remove the petroleum or skin sealing product from your skin, prior to a new application of the petroleum or skin sealing product.
Le Mieux Ionized Oxygen Infuser:
Directions for Mixing with an Ionized Oxygen Infuser:
-Remove the tear-off top and the rubber stopper from the Kairos XO Exosome vial.
-Pour contents into the small infuser cup.
-Remove the Kairos XO Hyaluronic Acid Serum vial from the packaging and, using the dropper top, add contents to the infuser cup.
-Place the cup on the infuser cup and gently swirl the activated Kairos XO Serum thoroughly.
*It is optional to add 3 to 4 ml's of Saline or Distilled Water to the Exosomes for diffusion. You can then send the Serum home with the patient for daily home use.
Directions for Application with an Ionized Oxygen Infuser:
Ionized Pre-Procedure Protocol
Properly cleanse and prepare the skin for the procedure.
* First, use the Ionized Oxygen Infuser to spray the Kairos XO Serum/Saline mixture on the entire area to be treated.
* Second, using your Skin Penetration Technology of choice, do a First pass over the entire area to be treated. After the first pass, again apply the Kairos XO Serum/Saline mixture to the treated area using the Ionized Oxygen Infuser. Do a second pass over the treated area with your Skin Penetration Technology. After the second pass, spray the remaining Kairos XO Serum onto the treated area and let absorb. Repeat above until the infuser cup is empty.
